All products listed on our website are intended for licensed healthcare professionals and registered business partners only. By placing an order or enquiry, you confirm that:

• You hold a valid drug license or relevant business registration as required by Indian law
• You will use or dispense the products in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
• Prices, availability, and product specifications are subject to change without prior notice
• We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion

All payments must be made as per the terms agreed at the time of order confirmation. Invoices are raised in accordance with GST regulations applicable in India. Any disputes related to billing must be raised within 7 days of receiving the invoice. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect billing information provided by the customer.

We aim to deliver all orders within the agreed timeframe. However, delivery timelines may be affected by factors outside our control such as logistics delays, natural events, or regulatory checks. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery partners. Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon handover to the delivery partner.

Due to the nature of pharmaceutical products, returns are only accepted in the following circumstances:

• The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
• The return is reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence
• The product is in its original, unopened packaging

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days. We do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases.
